Nothing else running. I think I’d get the same results if I added enough of Logic’s plug-ins. So it must be a modified overload, or something. Any ideas on how to fix it? Try to get the same behavior using only Logic plug-ins and if the problem persists then we could try other ideas. By modified overload, I mean like a different form of it.

Because it’s responding as though it is being overloaded, kind of. The track was originally a mono track, and I chose the mono to stereo version of the plug-in. Is that probably what’s messing it up? Now this track also seems to be stereo only, and cannot convert it back to mono with exception of mono channel 1 and 2.

It seems as though it is not the mono to stereo conversion, but just the plug-in itself. I just got the same response on a different strip of Ultrabeat, using a mono Waves plug-in, on a mono track, from the same instance of the multi output Ultrabeat.

Published Date: January 21, Fellow Logic Pro users. Everything regarding installation went smooth, however, when I plugged in my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, things began to get weird.

When I launch Logic, the audio output is working in approx. I have fully updated drivers for my Focusrite, and I’m using a plug’n’ play midi usb keyboard from M-audio. Posted on Aug 13, AM. I have now found the solution. It made the problem disappear. However I do not understand how, but everything is working like a charm now, so I’m happy.

This alert appears when the sample rate of an incoming audio signal doesn’t match the project’s sample rate or if the sample rate fluctuates.

It appears most often when using an external audio interface, an external sync device, or plug-ins. Follow the recommendations in this article to keep the alert from interrupting your session.

After each recommendation, try playing your project to see if the alert still appears. If the alert still appears, try the next recommendation until the alert no longer appears. When using an external audio interface with Logic Pro, the sample rate for your interface should adjust automatically to match the sample rate of your project. Sometimes, however, sample rate settings might not match. Check to make sure the sample rate settings match.
