I bought a new Dell Laptop recently. It reset itself and seemed to work fine. When Windows was resetting itself, it gets to the ‘select time zone screen, keyboard layout, language, etc. There is a problem that is keeping us from getting your pc ready to use, but we think an update will help get things working again. Here is how to get the update.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry, im not great with technology. I went and clicked the link to the media creation tool and it downloaded an exe file. I threw that exe file onto a flash drive using my other computer. Is this all I have to do?

I am just not sure how to force my ‘stuck’ laptop to boot to that drive. I am not familiar with BIOS and all of that stuff. I tried holding down F2 when I boot the laptop but it just brings me основываясь на этих данных to this same «time ссылка page.

Good day everyone! We are here to help you. Probably, most of people who are reading this article now now unhappy or upset.. But, do not worry anymore.
