Human Rights and Public Policy The very notion of development has expanded, admitting other dimensions and associating with new and more complex rights. When well conducted, they can coexist peacefully and join a larger platform of affirmation of rights, achieving successful results in the instrumentalization of economic and social structures for the materialization of rights, for the benefit of the Human, in the consolidation of a new civilizing standard for Humanity.
